First of all, let us congratulate on your decision to take the responsibility of your life in your own hands.
Since therapy is a time-intensive job, and can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours, we can't keep our clients waiting and wasting their valuable time sitting in the waiting area. That is why, we always encourage you to book an appointment for counselling to help you make the best use of your time.

Cancellation Policy: Appointment slots can be booked in advance. If you are unable to turn up for an appointment, it is your sole responsibility to inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. By failing to do so, you are liable to pay 100% of the fee for the session.
Disclaimer: We do not do counselling/special education of any disabilities (e.g., Mental Retardation, Autism, Cerebral Palsy etc.)

The Mind Unchained Psychological Counselling reserves the right to refuse any therapy service if the client is found medically or psychologically unsuitable, falls within RCI restricted group, or we're not equipped to deal with the client. In those cases, the client is not charged for the consultation.

Appointment for Esoteric Therapies, e.g., Past Life Regression Therapy are not accepted for patients who have been diagnosed with any psychiatric illness. Client will be pre-screened to be eligible to get an appointment for Past Life Regression Therapy.
