💰 Consultation Fees:

• Initial Consultation (Individual) (50-60 minutes): ₹900. Couple/Family: (80-90 minutes): ₹1300 (Upto 20% discount applicable as limited period offer, when signed up for multiple sessions)

• Specialized Therapy Sessions: Charges vary depending on therapeutic needs. If any special psychotherapy is required, charges will be discussed after the initial consultation.

🔐 Important Terms:

• Advance Payment is Required to confirm your appointment. This helps us reserve time specifically for you and reduces no-shows.

• No Walk-ins: Due to high demand & limited slot availability, we do not accommodate walk-in clients unless referred by a licensed clinician in case of an emergency.

• Previous Consultation Required: All therapy sessions must be preceded by an initial consultation.

• In case of delays on your side, we will wait maximum 15 minutes for your arrival. After that we will take no responsibility for the session, which may remain incomplete. No refund or discount will be issued.

❌ Cancellation Policy:

To ensure fairness and availability:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. In case you are unable to turn up for an appointment due to transport delays or other emergencies, we highly encourage you to do the therapy session via video consultation process in the same time slot. 

• Exceptions may be made only in genuine emergencies.
   

💳 Payment:

You will receive a payment details (Bank details & QR Code) after confirming your slot. Payment must be completed within 3 hours of confirmation to hold your booking.
